Knuffle Bunny A Cautionary Tale By Mo Williams
This is my favorite book because when I worked in the toddlers room. My children would ask me to read it over and over again. They would get so up set when the little girl would lose knuffle bunny and then get jump for joy when she would find her beloved bunny at the end of the story. I loved the use of photography and drawings that is used in the book. Great book to read to children.

  1. I once also read this book to the children. They love listening to this book. It shows the relationship between the Dad and Trexies. I think the same way that "I loved the use of photography and drawings that is used in the book."

  2. I also love this book! I think that it is so funny that Trixie is trying to tell dad that she left knuffle bunny, but dad does not understand her. Then they get home and mom knows right away what the matter is! And they trudge back down to the laundry mat to get knuffle bunny! I think most children can relate to this book and celebrate at the end when she finds it! We all have lost something precious to us sometime in life and Mo Willems does a great job of portraying that in this story! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Thank you for sharing the information concerning this book. I was not familiar with this children’s book; so it is a welcomed addition to my list of intended books to read. It appears that the book is a great segment to read concerning feelings and responsibility. Books can be a great source to expand language and to aid children in making connections from familiar to new situations or people. I especially enjoy the drawings and illustrations that promote discussion and imagination.

  4. I personally do not like Knuffle Bunny as much as my students. But I still read it with enthusiasm. I prefer his books with Pigeon like Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. What I do like about the book is the creativity with the pictures--the combination of the illustrations and photographs.
